Youth Orchestra Auditions

• Auditions are scheduled every year in August/September and January   at UNCW's Cultural Arts Building.  CLICK HERE for the audition dates.
• The material performed during the audition includes the following:
     - Two contrasting etudes or solos (30 second sections)
     - Two to three octave scales (depending on your comfort level and instrument)
     - Judges will provide sight reading during the audition as well
• Application deadline is Saturday, August 26th.
• You will receive your audition time on Monday, August 29th which will either be on the evening of Thursday, September 1st or Thursday, September 8th.
